Cancellation of Non-Custom Orders
You may cancel non-custom Orders for JA painted pieces within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds
We will reimburse You within 14 days of Your cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, Goods must:

Have been purchased within the last 14 days.

Be in their original packaging.
Certain Goods are exempt from returns:

Perishable Goods or items with expired shelf lives.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Gifts
If Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or the Order was sent to the purchaser to give to You later, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
No Returns for Custom Orders
Please note that custom Orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements unless approved by the owners.

**JA Wear and Prints Collections Agreement Policy**
Effective Date: September 14th 2024
**1. Artwork Usage Rights**
All artwork produced by JA Paints 307 (hereinafter referred to as “the Artwork”) may be replicated for use in JA Wear and Prints Collections (hereinafter referred to as “JA Wear”). By purchasing items featuring the Artwork, you acknowledge and agree that JA Paints 307 retains all rights to the Artwork beyond the point of sale. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to produce, distribute, and sell copies of the Artwork.
**2. Copyright Protection**
JA Paints 307 actively monitors the production and distribution of the Artwork to ensure compliance with this policy. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect the copyrights associated with the Artwork.
**3. Tracking of Copies**
JA Paints 307 will maintain a record of the number of copies produced of the Artwork. This tracking allows us to manage production effectively and may lead to the discontinuation of certain pieces if deemed necessary.
**4. Shipping Policy**
Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of all JA Wear and Prints Collections items that feature artwork from JA Paints 307. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing and shipping times may vary based on demand and availability.
**5. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy**
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 days of submission. Cancellations made after this period will be evaluated by JA Paints 307 and its owners, who will determine if a partial or no refund will be issued based on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.
